PRESIDENT & FOUNDER
Greg Noble
A native of Arlington, VA, Greg brings 16 years of expertise in residential construction and management to every project. His experience spans from overseeing multi-million-dollar façade rehabilitation projects to building single-family homes and townhomes. In addition to his professional accomplishments, Greg has completed three personal investment property renovations and is a licensed home inspector, demonstrating his deep commitment to craftsmanship and quality.

On weekends, Greg enjoys working in his workshop, spending time with his girlfriend, and training and competing with his Belgian Malinois in multiple dog sports.
DESIGN PROJECT MANAGER
Traci Hayes
Traci began her construction career in 2004, focusing initially on the commercial sector. Through her own personal renovation projects, she discovered her true passion lies in residential remodeling. Traci thrives on reimagining spaces to enhance their functionality and beauty, bringing creativity and vision to every project.

Outside of work, Traci enjoys dancing, exploring new dining experiences, and uncovering hidden treasures while thrifting.
CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER
Rogelio (Roger) Ponce
Roger is a bilingual construction manager and master builder with over 25 years of experience spanning both the U.S. and Argentina. With extensive expertise in residential and commercial construction, he brings a hands-on approach to every project, excelling in areas such as design implementation and project management.
Roger has a proven track record of leading crews, training apprentices, and managing complex projects with precision and professionalism. His architectural background, combined with his ability to oversee budgets, blueprints, and site safety, makes him a vital asset to the team.
Outside of work, Roger enjoys playing pickle ball and spending time with his family.​
